County Fairgrounds & Rental Information
The Fulton
County Fairgrounds is located just off Highway 62 west in Salem
Arkansas. Turn on Civic Center Road and go to Arena Lane.

The exhibit building, livestock barns, and the arena are
available for rent during the fair off-season. Contact the
Fulton County Fair Association for availability.
• The Hickinbotham-Miller Exhibit Building contains 7,000 square
feet and is climate controlled. It has a full kitchen and one
small meeting room. Family Living exhibits and commercial
exhibits are located in this building during the fair. It is
also used for the Annual Fairgrounds Flea Markets. Off-season
commercial rental fees are $200 per day plus a $100 cleaning
deposit. A discount is given for additional days (i.e. 3 days
for $500 plus cleaning deposit). Non-profit groups and
individuals may rent the building for $100 for a full day or $50
for half day.
• Livestock Barns- Rental fees are $100 per day for one barn or
$150 for two barns. A cleaning deposit is required.
1. Barn No. 1 houses the beef and dairy cattle during the fair.
It contains 5,000 square feet (50 x 100 ft.) and is an open barn
with tie rails. A livestock wash rack is located at the end of
Barn 1.
2. Barn No. 2 has 4,000 square feet (40 x 100 ft.) and is an
enclosed area with livestock pens for sheep and goats and cages
for poultry and rabbits.
3. Barn No. 3 has 3,200 square feet (40 x 80 ft.). The barn
contains livestock pens for swine exhibits. It has 40 x 20 ft.
open area in the front for a show ring.
• Fairgrounds Arena – The arena is 100 by 250 ft. and has
bleacher seating for 2,000 people. Rental fees are $250 per day
with lights. If lights are not used a discount is available.
• Theater Building – The theater building is used for beauty
pageants and talent shows and for the Annual Fairgrounds Flea
Markets. The building contains both enclosed and open air space
and has seating for 500. This building is owned by the City of
Salem and is not available for rent from the Fair Association.
